Church on a Mission
What is church all about?
Church probably means different things to different people. For some, church may be the place where our longest and best friendships have been formed. And it’s always a good thing when our faith is formed and developed at church. Some of us find that we are able to apply our gifts and passions in service to others through the church.
Church should be all of these very good things. But church is more than that. Church is more than friendships, volunteering, and even spiritual growth.
Church is about participating in the mission of God in the world. When we participate in the life of the church, we become partners with what God is doing in the world around us. In our online worship beginning this Sunday, we will be taking a fresh look at Cornerstone Church’s engagement in God’s mission in the world. Join us each week as we explore the church on a mission!
